Hard to say which is better!  Holding this incredible waterfront acreage as a private retreat or developing waterfront lots on the approx. 750 feet of gorgeous beach.  Located at Armstrong Pt. just west of Wild Rose Bay there is over 50 acres of treed privacy.  The easy slope lends itself to fabulous walking trails all on the property.  The area around the beach is virtually flat and the building sites are all wonderfully treed.  This is one of the last great spots on the lake!  This is better than described.
